A HAPPY ACCIDENT

You could say The Be Smoke Free Formula was a happy accident.


Going through my grief resilience program, one of my clients said she had the delightful side effect of cutting her smoking in half (without any quit smoking techniques). 


This wasn’t my first time seeing this either. In my private practice, I’d seen similar results for people coming to me for help with stress. 


It was undeniable that my unique methods were working, and I realized that it was time to make it my mission to help more people.


That’s how my online program, the Be Smoke Free Formula came to be.  It was time to take my life experience and put it to good use.
